Sports Days

20th June 2019

Sports Days will be taking place on the following days this year:

Friday 21 June Year 3    9.15am-12.10 pm Gates will open at 9.00 am
Friday 28 June Year 5 9.15am-12.10 pm Gates will open at 9.00 am
Friday 5 July Year 6    9.15am-12.10 pm Gates will open at 9.00 am
Friday 12 July Year 4    9.15am-12.10 pm Gates will open at 9.00 am

· Brothers and sisters attending CJS will not be permitted to watch their siblings’ sports day(s)

· Clarendon Road field gates will be open 15 minutes before the start of the event for spectators (there will be no access through school premises)

· The school car park will not be available to parents or visitors.  Please make alternative arrangements

· Children should have sunblock applied before coming to school and bring a sun hat

· Jumpers / joggers (named) may need to be worn between races

· Children should have a bottle of water (named, plastic bottle please)

· Adults are requested to remain in the allocated seating area

· The PTFA will be serving teas and coffees at each event (spectators only)
