School Development Plan

The following objectives have been identified as key priorities:

School Development Plan – Headlines – 2021-2024

SDP1:  Development/improvement of the curriculum in order to raise attainment across all subjects alongside increasing children’s love of learning

SDP2:  Improve the quality and retention of learning by pupils through more effective feedback alongside greater focus on researched teaching and learning approaches

SDP3:  Development of leadership/staffing capacity in order to positively impact upon pupils’ attainment

SDP4:  Improvement of community engagement leading to exceptional outcomes (holistic view)

SDP5:  Gain equality for disadvantaged pupils with a range of needs      

SDP6:  Support pupils and staff with their social, emotional and mental health needs (particularly following Covid-19

SDP7:  Development of buildings and facilities to ensure our pupils benefit from a world class learning environment
